Service Delivery & Payments
Service Providers are solely responsible for delivering services to Customers and collecting payments directly. Sewa Mart shall bear no responsibility for payment collection, disputes, or delays.
Prohibited Practices
Service Providers must not engage in fraudulent practices, theft, gambling, harassment, abusive behavior, criminal activities, or any conduct that may cause harm to Customers or their property.
Customer & Property Safety
Service Providers are required to exercise due care to ensure the safety of Customers, their family members, and their property, whether related to the service being provided or otherwise.
Misuse of Platform
The Sewa Mart platform must not be used for offering or facilitating illegal services, products, or activities. Any such misuse may result in immediate termination of the Service Provider’s account and may lead to legal action.
Professional Commitment
As skilled professionals, Service Providers are expected to fulfill commitments within agreed timelines and deliver services as promised. Failure to do so shall render the Service Provider solely accountable for any consequences.

Sewa Mart shall not be held liable for any fraudulent practices, theft, misconduct, gambling, delays, criminal acts, or harm caused by Service Providers to Customers, their assets, or their products.
